I just finished watching Walking with Cavemen on the discovery channel and then came across this. It does make you wonder just a bit more.

This is not a new discovery. Skulls and skeletons found in Kebara cave in Israel, and other remains in Georgia (Kavkaz) also showed a mixture of typical human and Neanderthal traits.
