Global warming, the unpredictability of fossil fuel supplies & the scramble for energy have focused attention on carbon-free nuclear energy where supplies are assured & constant. Except of course nuclear energy has always been linked to nuclear weapons. As more countries opt for nuclear energy, will we face even more Iran-style crises?

until nuclear waste is "solved," any talk of more power plants seems insane.
( i'm lying because it seems insolvable.)

I think they decided to just convert all the nuke waste to DU bombs, didn't they?
