      It's a phenomenon associated with birds, digital cameras and frame speed and been debunked so many times it's pathetic; just the sort of thing one would find on Fox or in the National Enquirer; inquiring minds want to know, scientists don't give a crap.

        Supposedly, you can only see these things with infared video, NOT ultraviolet.

          they can be seen in regular video too. most are optical illusions, created by slow shutter speeds on the cameras, and these optical illusions are usually just bugs and birds. one episode of I think UFO Files documented this phenomenon and that is the conclusion they reached as well.
