    FTA

"Scientific findings were balanced with policy concerns"

If that doesn't sound like a veiled admission that they in some way or another changed facts, I don't know what would.

People need to remember what the country was like going into the 70's. Smog index in LA. Rivers and lakes were cess pools and running sewer systems. Air pollution reigned supreme. Ground polution was going strong. Many laws were passed and slowly the air became clear, lakes and rivers became much safer, ground pollution has been worked on. While not completely done the biggest part of the job has been done. In the early 80's at times if you were on the other side of the mountain from LA you could see the brown smog coming over the mountains. Today the air is clear.

Of course to the wacko environmentalist they see it as it was back then. Anything less then extreme laws and enforcement is horrible.

They use a very loose definition of "interference." In fact, none is provided.

At the moment, more than 19,000 U.S. scientists have signed a petition saying the IPCC report is bunk.

What do you expect from people who are sure that the earth is 6,000 years old and evolution is bunk?
