No, Bush produces debt, not to be confused with a Conservative.
This at least is true. Our Moron-in-Chief is not a conservative. You know what conservative is: small government, respect the Constitution, foster American business and industry, stay out of foreign entanglements, shun debt. Nope, not too many of those guys around any more.

Mcarpentry, don't denounce W, he is the consummate conservative that was presented to the American People. We see just what conservatism is, don't back off and especially after re-elected more of the same. Reagan did the same as did H Bush, trickle down, and rich protectionism of no-tax and spend; meanwhile using social distractions to keep support while unsuccessful in job performance, handling the nation's business; the real deal. The nation needed bail outs for the dollar under each of these presidents. Concast like Comcast, but 'I have a new conservatism now'. Take personal responsibility, that conservative talking point, as a badge of honor now.
