I have concerns--they mix apples and oranges, and right now our economy is taking a huge hit, while China's is starting to boom. But they get a pass because they are "developing?"
lRf, I have to agree that there are natural cycles, and this is not a good time to go down that road. We need to deal with the war and other economic issues right now and not also hamstring ourselves with agreements we really don't even know that we can keep.
